It is my pleasure to be a reference for
ReportsNow. Chris Bruce and his team have added significant
value to EnCana. We are leading natural gas producer, one of
the largest holders of resource lands in North America and have an
enterprise value of approximately US $50 billion.
The ReportsNow tool that
we currently enjoy is Data Access Studio (DAS). One of the twists
to our JDE One World installation is the number of records in our
tables. Currently there are
136,313,352
records in the F0911 table, and it grows on average of 11% per month.
Our first priority is performance. DAS is able to be a real time
query and reporting tool that is a key business device and is extremely
relied on across the organization.
The ReportsNow team has the highest
level of x-JDE knowledge available, and they are a provider that we turn
to for other EnCana JDE issues besides the DAS tool. Whether it is
technical or application Mr. Bruce’s team is a trusted resource
alternative, especially when we are unable to navigate the waters of
Oracle help desk support. The ReportsNow level of experience is
extensive. Members of the ReportsNow team were the original
architects of the One World application under JD Edwards, therefore
their collective past history and experiences are what give them the
upper hand on support.
Over the past six years EnCana has experienced a large number of
implementations into or around JDE. We have seen a variety of
consulting firms, independent contractors, and consultants from the
vendors work at EnCana. I can honestly say that ReportsNow’s time
to completion puts all others to shame. ReportsNow delivers what
they say they will, and when they said they would, and the best part -
it will work.
